This Privacy Policy explains how BevBay ("BevBay," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BevBay website at bevbay.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
BevBay is a free price-comparison service. You don't need an account, and we ask for as little information as possible. We do not sell your personal information. We use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used, and we keep the messages you send us so we can reply.
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we collect whatever you choose to enter — such as your name, email address, and message. All of those fields are optional.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit BevBay our servers and analytics tools automatically record technical information, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device and operating system, the pages you view, the site you came from, and the date and time of your visit.
Preferences. We store small cookies to remember your choices — for example, the country and state you select for the location filter — so the site works the way you left it.

We do not share your personal information with the retailers listed on BevBay. When you click through to a retailer, that is your choice, and any information you give the retailer is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
BevBay links to independent retailer websites. Once you leave BevBay, you are subject to that site's own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how third-party sites collect or use your information.
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and for our records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to our providers' standard practices.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
BevBay concerns alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States). It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, and BevBay does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
BevBay is operated in the United States and is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
